The first step is to apply for a driving license with the BF17 option at the relevant driving license office. You will need:

Driving license training for BF17 is no different from regular driving license training. You have to complete the same theory and practical lessons and pass the same tests.
The tests for BF17 are the same as for regular driving license training. You must take the theory test at the earliest 3 months before your 17th birthday and the practical test at the earliest 1 month before your 17th birthday.
Once you have passed your driving test, you will receive a test certificate that entitles you to drive accompanied by a registered escort.
